Join us at the Library for a multi-generational book discussion of "Wonder" by R. J. Palacio. The narrative uses the first-person perspectives of many people, including the protagonist, August Pullman-- a ten-year-old with a craniofacial deformity. This book explores themes of prejudice, bullying, acceptance,--- and the power of kindness.
Borrow a copy of "Wonder" at the Library and join us on April 10 for a community discussion. We are co-sponsoring this event with Tunbridge Central School and the Tunbridge Food Shelf, and books are provided by the Vermont Humanities Council. Attendees are invited to bring donations of canned goods for the Food Shelf.
Refreshments are provided.
