This exhibit celebrates the diverse landscapes that  the Park Service protects: "for the enjoyment of all." Included are her large oils which were inspired from small plein air studies painted in these parks. Some of the images include Point Reyes National Seashore, California, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, North Carolina, Continental Divide Trail, Colorado, Capitol Reef, Utah and The Billings Farm, Vermont. Some of the small oils will also be in the exhibit. In addition to painting and teaching she serves on the Upper Valley Sierra Club Excom and she works to preserve the wild landscapes that she so loves to paint. A small color catalog of her works will be for sales as are her paintings.

Hoffmann oil paints landscapes en plein air. Her impressionistic oils evoke a poetic sense of place. This exhibit celebrates the National Park Centennial in 2016. National Parks, Trails, Monuments, Recreation Areas, Historic Sites and Wild and Scenic Rivers and our American free spirit go hand in hand.
